Eligibility

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or legal reasons. Suspension may affect access to course materials and certificates.
Service provision
propertydealassist delivers online and in-person training, assessments and learning resources on IT security and digital literacy. Course content is provided for educational purposes and designed by experienced instructors and industry practitioners.
We may modify course content, schedules and service features from time to time. Where changes materially affect an enrolled course, we will communicate updates to enrolled participants as soon as practicable.
We strive to maintain reliable access, but availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure events. We will notify users of planned maintenance windows when feasible.
User rules and acceptable use
To maintain a constructive learning environment, users must comply with the following rules when using propertydealassist services.

User content
Users may submit questions, comments, assignments and discussion posts. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license below.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate third-party rights.
By submitting content you grant propertydealassist a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and use the content for the purposes of operating and improving the services, including in course administration and internal review.
You are responsible for the consequences of any content you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to user content that breaches these Terms, infringes rights, or is otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual property
All course materials, branding, logos and platform design are owned or licensed by propertydealassist. Except for personal use as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission.
- Do not reproduce proprietary course materials for commercial distribution.
- Do not remove or alter copyright, activity or other proprietary notices.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent technical protection measures used on our platform.
Paid services and subscriptions
Certain courses and features require payment. Paid offerings are described on propertydealassist.club with applicable fees, billing cycles and terms for each product.
Prices are displayed for each course or subscription at the time of purchase. Fees are stated in the currency specified on the checkout page and include any applicable taxes where required.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers; you may be subject to their terms and privacy practices.
Subscription plans auto-renew at the interval disclosed during checkout unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your account settings.
Refunds are considered in line with the refund policy displayed for the specific course. Refund requests should be submitted to support with order details and a clear reason for the request.
Cancellation of access to paid content may result in loss of access to course materials and assessments. Any partial refunds, if applicable, will be handled per the stated refund policy.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under local law. propertydealassist will collect taxes where required and disclose tax charges at checkout.
We may update pricing for future purchases; any change to an active subscription will be communicated before the next renewal where applicable.
Failure to complete payment may result in denial of access to paid services until payment is received or the subscription is cancelled.

Limitation of liability

Termination
